Học tập (trong phạm vi NCTU)
- NCTU Calendar: lịch hoạt động của trường theo năm học.
- Đăng ký môn học: dùng MSSV và Mật khẩu Internet để đăng nhập.
- Form add/drop môn học: nhận và nộp tại Khoa quản lý.
- In biên lai học phí: dùng MSSV (username) và Số ARC (mật khẩu) để đăng nhập.
- Học tập trực tuyến: dùng MSSV và Mật khẩu Internet để đăng nhập.
- Xem điểm: dùng MSSV và Mật khẩu Internet để đăng nhập. Sau khi đăng nhập xong click vào nút "成績" (Thành tích), sau đó chọn 成績管理 --> 成績管理 --> 學生成績瀏覽 --> click View để xem thành tích một học kỳ nào đó.
- Xem tiền học bổng: dùng Số ARC và Mật khẩu Internet để đăng nhập. Sau khi đăng nhập xong click vào nút "3.查詢" --> "01.各類薪資入帳查詢" --> 開始查詢.
- Phần mềm bản quyền: dùng các phần mềm FTP (như FileZilla) với thông số (host: ca.nctu.edu.tw, username: 'u' + MSSV, password: Mật khẩu Internet) để kết nối.
- Bài làm tham khảo môn Ethics Research (dành cho SV HKI): phải là thành viên của facebook NCTU-VSA mới xem được.
- Nộp luận văn: dùng Barcode Student ID như Username và Mật khẩu.
- Thanh toán ra trường.
- Academic Document Application: đăng ký nhận bảng điểm & bản sao bằng qua bưu điện.
Ký túc xá và sinh hoạt
- Lịch khám bệnh ở phòng y tế trường.
- Báo hư vật dụng riêng trong phòng: Dùng MSSV (username) và 6-chữ-số-cuối-của-thẻ-ARC (password) để đăng nhập. Đăng nhập xong, chọn 新增修繕單 và điền thông tin vào form báo cáo. Nhấn nút 確認 để gửi báo cáo.
- Báo hư máy cấp nước nóng/lạnh.
- Đơn xin chuyển phòng/ký túc xá: in ra và nộp tại Housing Division, tầng 3, Information Service Center.

Đi lại, Nhà trọ, Mua sắm
- Hsinchu Bus Information: giờ đi lại của xe buýt Hsinchu.

Work Permit
(1) For the Mailing Address and School Attended Fields you can ask one of our lab-mate to fill them for you (as I did before).
(2) Remember to copy your Student ID card (both sides separately) and stick them into the form.
(3) For the Applicable Reasons (page 2/3) you can choose: To assist school's academic research (and /or) To support Tuition and living cost.
(4) Remember to attach a copy of your Passport and ARC.
(5) Finally, after getting all required signatures and stamps, please go to Post Office to send these documents to the address (since the address is in Chinese, you can ask the Post Office's staff to write the address for you) which is in red text in the last page of the attached document.
(2) Remember to copy your Student ID card (both sides separately) and stick them into the form.

(4) Remember to attach a copy of your Passport and ARC.
